I had no idea that Natsume Soseki had written an anti-novelistic novel. I guess since I knew he was known as a popular writer, I thought his novels were all accessible, like Botchan or I am a Cat.  He must be a real gift to literary critics, I mean if his body of work is so varied.]]></description>
