I looked at the official Chinese Vol.8, at the end of which (page 232-234 of the Japanese book) there is a conversation between the two.

In dialogue, when Father Riou calls his son 小璃樱.

In narrative, the translator would always add the adjective “young” before Riou to indicate the son.
