According to the Saiunkoku website, the new cover will feature Shuurei, Riou (Jr), Shuuei, and Shusui. With Shusui in Shuuei’s arms. (0_o I wonder if that means the couple is going to become canon?)
Anyway, the cover itself is not out yet, but probably will come out sometime before the release date of 4/1.
